“Lovely couple of days in Whitby, booked late and stayed at the Grantley. Friendly staff, room decent though bathroom was small breakfast spot on. Would of given it a 5 but for the bathroom. Well worth the money and would recommend it.”
“We stayed here this last weekend for the steampunk weekend. The room we had was lovely. A comfy Bed, clean bedding, a hot shower with good water pressure, our own kettle with tea and coffee, a TV ( too busy to use ).and was warm :) Also 3 very lovely and friendly dogs to fuss :) The owner was lovely and polite and very friendly. Couldn’t do enough. Would highly recommend :) The only difficulty is parking. But that is no fault of this place. It is how Whitby is as a whole and is manageable. Just needs a bit of patience and a drive round to find a spot. Would happily come back again :)”
“Friendly service, cute and cosy rooms with really comfy beds. Breakfast was a good variety and freshly cooked when we went down in the mornings. Good security and a five minute walk max to the sea front and all its shops! Good service, friendly staff, car parking is sorted with the staff with ease abs location is lovely!”
